Very rare Gothic Chippendale triple top games table in remarkable original condition. (note the small size)
What an amazing survivor! Even the original backgammon frame is with it in the built in storage flap under the fixed leaf (the frame fits in the 3rd top into ivory lined holes).
The workmanship and condition is superb (note on the original handmade hinge screws, the slots are all lined up !).
The carving is also superb. Having the baroque cartouches embedded in the gothic blind fretting is the Best.
A virtually identical table is owned by the Duke of Beaufort
