Brown Jesuit cloth wool with remains of indigo-dyed silk ribbon on top edging. Native tanned-hide drawstring with beaded ornamental drops. Overall excellent condition with losses to silk edging, minor bead loss, and slight discoloration to brown wool on verso.
Provenance: ex. English estate. There are two related examples at the Peabody Museum at Harvard.
