A set of four antique Bidjar rug fragment pillows, the largest of which measures approximately 19″ x 15″.
Four pillows made from sections of an antique Bidjar rug, circa 1890, with the Mina Hani lattice and flower design on a deep salmon color field. The brown, leaf and chalice design border and the aubergine color in the field suggest this rug dates to the 19th century.
Three of the pillows are backed with grey herringbone velvet and one is backed with ivory velvet. These can be purchased individually or as a set. Prices range from $ 275 for the smallest with the ivory velvet backing; to $ 325 each for two of the others with grey velvet backing; to $ 375 for the pillow with the brown border.
