FAQ/What You Need To Know:

Remind me again...what is the ADA guarantee?

All ADA members are required to guarantee their merchandise in writing as to the approximate age, origin, condition and restoration, if any, on all pieces sold.

Do ADA members get to "shop" the show before the general public?

No. The show will be accessible to the public and ADA members, equally on the launch date/time.

How do I buy an item from the online show?

Contact the seller directly. An email link and the phone number of the ADA dealer representing the item will be listed with each object.

What if I buy an item from this show and it doesn't look as good in hand as I expected?

No problem. Upon receipt you will have (3) three days to inform the seller that you are dissatisfied with the object and that you would like to return it.

I have a question...do I contact the ADA or the dealer regarding an item?

Contact the seller directly. An email link and the phone number of the ADA dealer representing the item will be listed with each object.

Does the show close each night?

No. Once the show opens Tuesday morning, it will stay open until the show closes Thursday evening. You can shop anytime and at your convenience.

What is the best time to contact a dealer?

We ask that patrons make phone calls to dealers during the hours of 9:00am EST - 9:00pm EST. You may of course email the dealer at anytime and dealers will answer emails in a timely manner and on a first come first serve basis.

Will items be available after the online show closes?

Much like a traditional antiques show, when the show closes the venue is over. Therefore, we urge patrons to act while the show is online.

Will the show pages remain on the ADA
website?

The links to the show's inventory pages will be pulled at the close of the show, therefore we urge you to contact the dealer while the show is in progress.
