A fabulous Amish or Mennonite log cabin quilt top in rich jewel tones, sewn in the Barn Raising pattern and dated 1941. The expert quality of its construction is as evident on the back as it is on the front. It was made by a member of the Schrock family of Clinton County, Pennsylvania and was entered in the Clinton County Fair in 1948, where it took second place.
