The design is impeccable with great detail and crystal clear graphics.  Just beautiful.  The names of 14 states in the links around the design correspond to VT statehood 1791.
The reverse side is adorned with a transfer of the ship "The True Blooded Yankee" flying an American flag.  And truly nice splashes of color from the purple lustre highlights and anchor design. The initials "H-P--S-H"...any ideas?

Some roughness to the rim and a hairline in the base wih invisible restoration.
