A charming pair of cast iron Boy & Girl on Rocking Horse Bookends. The little boy is dressed like a cowboy, swinging his lasso and the girl is holding a doll. Teddy Bear, Noah's Ark and Elephant toys are on the floor. Very appealing subject with exceptional casting and color. Just a delightful and rare set of bookends! They function well as a pair to keep a set of books upright, but also look great separately as bookshelf decor facing outward between books. Made by Judd company. Circa 1920's. Excellent condition - all original paint. 5 1/2" height x 5" width x 2 1/2" depth.
