Antique Kurdish Bag Face, possibly Bidjar Area, Northwest Persia, Circa 1895
A charming northwest Persian Kurdish bag face, possibly woven in the Bidjar area. The brown field is decorated with a large flower and smaller flowers. An aubergine color minor border and a yellow major border with scrolling leaves frame the field.
Very good condition with the original closure tabs largely intact.
