This creamer and sugar are marked by Leonard, Reed & Barton which would date it from 1835-1840 in Taunton, MA.  The sugar is 8 ¼” high and the creamer is 5 5 /8” high.  Notice how the handle of each piece match.  They are in fine condition and can be used besides being displayed.
