A Pair of Liverpool Yellow Openwork Creamware Dessert Dishes, Herculaneum, Circa 1800-10.

The charming dishes have an outer band of open-work attached to a basketweave border. The outer section of the central well have a wide band of yellow ground with a band of wheat sheafs. Each part of the design is separated with various types of different black bands. The central well is left plain.
